Under a physician’s direction, FIRST CARE HEALTHCARE can provide one or more of the following services to patients in Central Illinois:
We provide a wide array of skilled nursing services. Our professional staff of licensed nurses work with the patient’s physician to develop an individualized plan of care to help maintain and regain the highest level of health, functioning and comfort. We provide 24 hour on-call service.
Nursing care includes:
We provide physician approved therapy to help you reach and maintain your highest level of function. Our licensed therapists will work to improve your strength, endurance and functional mobility as well as help to decrease your pain. Our goal is to help you achieve your highest level of independence in your home.
We employ state certified nurse assistants who are trained to assist patients with their personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing and other activities of daily living.

We can arrange for rental and purchase of wheelchairs, walkers, special beds, shower chairs, toilet risers or any other assistive devices which may be needed.
Upon your request, we can coordinate other services such as meal delivery, finding homemakers, companions, sitters and other available services.
